Founded on Compassion
Luminary Home Care LLC was founded by Divin Hatunga out of a deep belief that compassionate care can change lives. After seeing firsthand how the right support helps people remain safe and independent at home, Divin set out to build an agency that families and professionals could trust completely.
Today, Luminary is a Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) approved Home Help agency, proudly serving elderly and disabled adults throughout Kent and Ottawa Counties. We exist to lighten the load for those who need a hand — and to bring peace of mind to the families who love them.

Divin Hatunga founded Luminary Home Care with a personal passion for caregiving and a commitment to serving the West Michigan community. Drawing on a background rooted in compassionate, hands-on care, Divin understands what families experience when a loved one needs help — and how much a dependable, kind caregiver can mean.
As CEO, Divin is dedicated to building a team of caregivers who share that same heart. Under their leadership, Luminary partners closely with MDHHS caseworkers, hospital discharge planners, and families across Kent and Ottawa Counties to ensure every client receives care that is safe, professional, and deeply human.
